Consultative Sales: Offer tailored insurance solutions that cater to each client's specific requirements, ensuring they receive the best coverage possible. Quoting and Binding: Accurately prepare insurance quotes and assist clients with the binding process to ensure their policies are effectively implemented. Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage long-term loyalty to the agency. Professional Development: Remain informed about industry trends and product offerings to deliver up-to-date advice and solutions to clients. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Allstate - Kimberly Zepeda team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Requirements Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license, specific to New Mexico or Texas. Experience: Previous experience in a similar insurance sales role is highly desired. Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication competencies. Customer Service: Strong aptitude for exceeding client expectations and delivering excellent customer support. Independence: Ability to work autonomously and productively in a fully remote setting. Teamwork: Capability to engage and collaborate effectively with an online team environment.
