Job Description The Vacation Relief staff member covers for various absences on our building services team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: operation of the lobby and security for a residential building, managing and tracking of tenant packages/deliveries, collection and removal of trash and recycling, operation of the building compactor, general cleaning in all common and outdoor spaces, snow removal, vacant apartment preparation, and other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Property Manager. Job Description Position Summary: The handyperson will be responsible for common area and apartment repairs in the scope of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and appliances. Further oversight of the building’s curb appeal through building exterior inspections, cleaning and grounds maintenance is required.
