Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals., • Database Outreach: Call on our proprietary database to connect with potential clients and maintain relationships., • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities., • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process., • Property Listings: List and market multi-family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential and commercial properties., • Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients., • Transaction Management: Oversee the full transaction process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals.
