Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Description The Registered Nurse will support a high‑touch, concierge internal medicine and longevity practice by delivering exceptional patient care, education, and clinical support. This role focuses on care coordination, patient communication, triage, and execution of established treatment plans to ensure a seamless, premium patient experience in a boutique clinical setting. Responsibilities • Serve as a primary clinical point of contact for patients, responding to questions related to established diagnoses, care plans, and treatment instructions within the RN scope of practice., • Perform patient triage, including assessing symptoms and concerns, determining urgency, and escalating to the physician as appropriate., • Conduct initial review of laboratory results and promptly escalate findings to the physician according to established protocols., • Provide comprehensive patient education on medications, lifestyle recommendations, longevity protocols, and preventive care plans established by the physician., • Support in‑office and virtual visits by preparing patients, reviewing intake information, and assisting during consultations when needed., • Perform nursing procedures within scope, including obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, handling specimens, and completing other assigned clinical tasks., • Coordinate patient care and follow‑up, ensuring that treatment plans are executed smoothly and that patients receive timely communication and support., • Handle patient interactions before and after visits, including outreach, follow‑up questions, and ongoing care coordination to maintain a high‑touch experience., • Document all patient interactions, assessments, education, and follow‑ups accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR)., • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable clinical, safety, and infection control regulations and standards., • Maintain exam room readiness, clinical supplies, and infection control practices to support a safe and efficient care environment., • Organize and prioritize multiple patient needs and tasks to support a smooth clinic flow and make the physician’s work more efficient., • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license., • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN)., • Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting., • Strong primary care experience, with backgrounds in primary care or oncology considered highly relevant., • Proficiency in patient assessment and triage within the RN scope of practice., • Experience in medication education and monitoring for diverse patient populations., • Competence in performing phlebotomy and administering injections., • Demonstrated ability in care coordination and patient follow‑up., • Experience with patient care, including pre‑visit preparation and post‑visit follow‑up., • Ability to document accurately and efficiently in an electronic medical record (EMR)., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to be highly organized and task‑oriented., • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in a fast‑paced environment., • Exceptional communication skills and a confident, patient‑facing presence., • High emotional intelligence and empathy when working with patients and families., • Commitment to infection control practices and clinical safety standards., • Experience in a concierge, boutique, or high‑touch clinical environment., • Background in internal medicine, primary care, or oncology., • Strong care management experience, including coordination across visits and services., • Familiarity with managing medical records and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation., • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a physician‑led team., • Comfort supporting both in‑office and virtual patient visits. This role is based in a boutique, concierge internal medicine and longevity practice that offers a high‑touch, VIP patient experience. The environment is collaborative and physician‑led, with close teamwork between the nurse and the physician to deliver coordinated, personalized care. The position involves a combination of in‑office clinical work and remote patient support, including participation in virtual visits and follow‑up communications. The practice uses an electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation and relies on standard clinical equipment for vitals, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen handling. The work setting emphasizes professionalism, discretion, and a polished, patient‑centric presence.
