Responsibilities • Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling., • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to foster a high-performing team., • Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance., • Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to meet sales targets., • Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; ensure efficient cashiering processes., • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility., • Monitor store performance metrics; analyze retail math data such as sales figures and profit margins to inform decision-making., • Maintain excellent communication with team members; promote a positive work environment through effective leadership., • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies., • Handle customer inquiries professionally; resolve complaints promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction levels., • Proven management experience in retail environments with supervising responsibilities., • Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations., • Excellent employee orientation, training, and development capabilities., • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions., • Proficiency in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members., • Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, and inventory management systems., • Familiarity with POS systems, retail math calculations, pricing strategies, and sales management tools., • Effective communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities., • Leadership qualities that motivate teams toward achieving sales goals., • Experience in merchandising, stocking procedures, marketing initiatives, and shift management., • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures., • Organizational skills necessary for inventory control and administrative tasks such as budgeting., • Customer service expertise with phone etiquette skills for professional client interactions., • Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred.
