Position Overview We are seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney licensed to practice in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team. Key Responsibilities * Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial * Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case * Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses * Negotiate settlements and attend mediations * Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression * Provide strategic legal advice to clients and ensure exceptional client service Qualifications Required: * Active Texas Bar License (in good standing) * Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law * Strong negotiation, analytical, and litigation skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Self-motivated and able to manage a remote caseload effectively Preferred: * Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic injury cases * Trial experience or litigation background Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience) * Performance-based bonuses * Remote work flexibility * Paid time off and firm-recognized holidays * Professional development opportunities
