Job Description Position Summary The Associate General Counsel (Aspire Non-QM Business) will provide legal support to the Redwood Trust’s Aspire Non-QM Banking Business (including capital markets, whole loan trading, securitization, mortgage loan servicing, regulatory compliance, investment portfolio and business development teams), with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating complex contracts for the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans.
