Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred. The Lounge Bartender plays a vital role in guest satisfaction at the bar, utilizing their mixology skills, customer service abilities, and entertainment flair to provide guests with an outstanding experience.

A bartender at Worlds of Fun would be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.
