Role Specifics and Benefits Role specifics • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings, assessing impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence., • Conduct thorough gait and mobility evaluations, design progressive exercise and therapeutic modalities, and monitor patient response to treatment, adjusting plans to maximize outcomes., • Deliver patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, safety, fall prevention, and activity modification to support sustained progress., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress in the chart, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in case conferences to optimize patient trajectories., • Demonstrate clinical leadership by mentoring junior therapists and supporting quality-improvement initiatives within the facilities you serve.
