Job Description: As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will play a key role in preparing delicious drinks and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for creating bubble tea beverages, cooking and maintaining the quality of boba, and providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will handle transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages following standardized recipes. - Cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other ingredients. - Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations. - Manage inventory, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages. - Contribute to team efforts by collaborating with colleagues and assisting during busy shifts. - Uphold health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience working in a bubble tea shop or similar role. Knowledge of bubble tea preparation, including cooking boba and handling specialty ingredients. Experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
