Job Description We are seeking a LIVE IN Building Superintendent to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all facility Maintenace activities. Candidate will train with current super for 3 months before transitioning into the live in position. The Super will be provided with a residential unit in addition to the base compensation (unit rental value $22K-$30K). Relocation to the site is required.
