Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus. At least 2 years of team leadership experience. Fluency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written), with strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives. Creative, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
