Job Description About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Business Systems & Data Analyst to support the firm’s technology infrastructure, reporting, and data integrity initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and serves as a key support function across departments to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and producing accurate, actionable data. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology and data, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining clean systems and trustworthy reporting. This role blends systems administration, basic IT support, and data analytics in a fast-paced professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Systems Administration & User Management • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across firm systems, • Administer software licenses, provisioning, and de-provisioning, • Support onboarding and offboarding technology setup for new hires, • Maintain system configurations and internal documentation, • Provide first-line technical support for day-to-day system issues, • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access-related issues, • Escalate complex issues to vendors or external IT partners as needed, • Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards and cards in DOMO, • Assist with data modeling, calculations, and visualization best practices, • Generate and maintain reports to support leadership and operational teams, • Monitor data accuracy across key systems (case management, finance, intake, reporting), • Identify data discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues, • Maintain data standards, definitions, and documentation, • Support the rollout and adoption of firm-wide AI tools and automation platforms, • Assist in automating workflows, reporting, and operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, • Help document, test, and maintain AI-enabled processes and automations, • Maintain internal system and reporting documentation and SOPs, • Assist with cross-departmental technology and reporting initiatives, • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, data, or automation Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, data analysis, or operations, • Experience managing users, permissions, and licenses in SaaS platforms, • Strong comfort with data, reporting, and dashboards, • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users, • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like DOMO, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus, • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, or similar), • Experience supporting or using AI-enabled tools in a business environment, • Ability to document, test, and maintain automated processes, • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment, • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Filevine or similar), • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), • Standard office hours with occasional flexibility based on firm needs, • Competitive Compensation: We offer top-of-market pay to attract and retain high-performing professionals who take ownership of systems and data reliability., • Exceptional Culture: Join a collaborative, supportive team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork., • Career Growth: This role offers meaningful growth opportunities as the firm expands its technology and analytics capabilities., • Meaningful Work: Be part of a firm that fights for justice and makes a real difference in clients’ lives—supported by strong systems and trusted data., • Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-growing personal injury law firm where technology and data play a critical role in operational excellence.
