The exact compensation band is based on where the provider resides. Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $44-$54 an hour; AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $44-$54 an hour; AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour; AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44-$47 an hour. This position also includes an opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. The candidate will apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards in the engineering and design of all types of capital and maintenance projects from 34.5 kV to 765 kV. Additionally, the candidate will direct a team of engineers that regularly perform engineering analyses, PLS-CADD modeling, structure loading calculations, foundation design using MFAD and/or LPILE, design structure framing and hardware assemblies, draft plans and specifications, and prepare bill of materials and procurement documents across project planning, engineering, environmental, permitting, and construction management phases. The role of a Business Coordinator is to plan, direct, manage, or execute projects and roll-out activities for business continuity team initiatives as delegated. What success looks like in this role: • Provides sales Alliance advice and consultation for major accounts across Unisys. * Consults with and advises C-level decision makers at partner organizations. * Leverages comprehensive business understanding and functional subject matter expertise to consult with and advise partner leaders at the most senior levels. * Works collaboratively with partner executives to envision, define and develop innovative sales concepts to drive customer adoption and expansion. * Ensures sales concepts are underpinned by elegant financial, business case, enablement and other supporting analysis and rationale. * Engages with partners to negotiate and develop business cases, operational enablement strategies and implementation plans. * Monitors concept execution, engaging as required with partner and Unisys stakeholders to understand outcomes, identify obstacles and course-correct to ensure achievement of performance objectives. * Provides one Unisys view to strategic partner working with multiple business units within Unisys.
