Qualifications * Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the media, ad tech or data analytics space. * Deep understanding of audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes across media clients and adtech. * Strong network and relationships with the publisher and platform ecosystem. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients. * Exceptional relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills. * Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies. * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Excellent sales pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability and consistency. * Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office software. * BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing or Media a plus. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
