Job DescriptionSyteline Business Analyst Location: Rochester, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/yr. Summary Brinkman International Group, Inc. is searching for an Syteline Business Analyst to take ownership of our Info CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system. In this role you will provide support for Syteline while also bridging the gap between business operations and our technical infrastructure. This is a highly hands-on position. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Syteline environment while also leading/participating in critical process improvement projects. You are the person the organization relies on to ensure our systems evolve alongside our business needs. Key Responsibilities • Act as the internal "go-to" expert for all Syteline-related needs, from high-level system design/maintenance to troubleshooting user issues and managing permissions., • Configure, manage and support all Syteline modules and bolt-ons, • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, • Ensure Syteline environment stays current with annual uplifts, • Work with our in-house report writer to ensure that accurate and optimized reports and dashboards are made available to the users, • Conduct training and write documentation to improve the end user experience, • Excellent communication and engagement skills across technical and business teamsRequired Skills, • Bachelor's degree in an IT or Business-related field, or equivalent experience, • 5+ Years of Experience supporting SyteLine 9 or 10, • 5+ Years of Experience in manufacturing environments, • History of successful process improvement projects, • Experience with Syteline system integration and customization, • Proficient in SQL, SSRS and database management, • Ability to work occasional nights/weekends as needed for system maintenance/supportPreferred Skills, • Experience with on-premise Syteline 9 to 10 Upgrades, • Familiarity with The Lake Companies' Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and Fact-Trak platforms, • Familiarity with Seagull Scientific Bartender platform or similar barcode/label platforms, • Familiarity with CyberScience CyberQuery or similar report writing platforms, • Familiarity with the C# programming language, • Experience in a CMMC compliant environmentBrinkman International Group, Inc. offers:, • Medical Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Paid holidays, • 401(k) with company match, • Life Insurance, • Short Term Disability, • Long Term Disability EOE, including disability/vets.
