Job Details • Pay Rate: $18 per hour, • Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm, • Location: Chino, CA 91708, • Employment Type: Temp to Hire Position Overview The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all company facilities, in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities • Clean terminal areas with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners., • Remove trash from offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas; empty and sanitize bins daily., • Restock restrooms with supplies., • Relocate and adjust office furniture as needed., • Monitor pest control systems and maintain high sanitation and housekeeping standards., • Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots., • Keep company grounds free of litter and debris., • Complete and submit reports on labor, equipment, and repairs., • Maintain equipment repair logs., • Report safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly., • Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards., • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements Mandatory Skills & Experience: • At least 6 months of custodial and sanitation experience, • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, • High attention to detail and organizational skills, • Experience with facility maintenance and pest control, • Familiarity with snow/ice removal equipment, • Strong communication and teamwork skills Ready to join a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork?
