Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team. You will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects, with a focus on private development within education. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 1. Leading and managing a diverse range of land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality., 2. Developing detailed project plans, including scope of work, budget, schedule, and resources, and ensuring their successful execution., 3. Coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables., 4. Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as required., 5. Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions., 6. Manage up to two Project Managers who oversee Engineering teams., 7. Promoting best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the team and organization. The successful candidate must have: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Project Management will be an added advantage., 2. A minimum of 9 years of proven experience in managing complex land development projects, 3. PE Certification is required., 4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others., 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels., 6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
