The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands. This is a highly tactical, hands-on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, video, and affiliate. Job Description Work as a member of a dynamic CAC multidisciplinary team to provide child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse and their impacted family members with an array of specialized, trauma-informed services including an orientation to the CAC, participating in the forensic interview process, providing on-site mental health services including child trauma screenings, the Child & Family Traumatic Stress Intervention and the provision of victim support & advocacy services. Job Description Summary: Work as a member of a dynamic CAC multidisciplinary team to provide child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse and their impacted family members with an array of specialized, trauma-informed services including an orientation to the CAC, participating in the forensic interview process, providing on-site mental health services including child trauma screenings, the Child & Family Traumatic Stress Intervention and the provision of victim support & advocacy services. The Head of Data & Analytics is a high-visibility, foundational role responsible for establishing the company's single source of truth for data across all functions. Acting as the analytical backbone of the business, you will ensure every critical metric is defined, governed, and reportable from one place — giving leadership the data clarity they need to make fast, confident decisions. You will translate raw data across a modern SaaS stack into a trustworthy, scalable intelligence layer that the entire organization can rely on. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role designed for a generalist who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new initiatives. This role will start owning and optimizing our growth marketing engine, but is designed as a springboard into broader business operations. You’ll begin by driving performance across core marketing channels and building a scalable, data-driven growth machine. As you master the funnel and demonstrate impact, you’ll take on increasingly cross-functional initiatives, working with Regal executives, that meaningfully shape company strategy and execution. Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead Special Projects: As you master the marketing funnel, you will spin up and lead other cross-functional initiatives that meaningfully impact the business., • Drive Growth Operations: Own and execute performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO) and manage paid ad spend budgets., • Manage Digital Presence: Own our social media presence and content calendar, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and growth goals., • Amplify Content & Events: Partner with the events team to transform webinars and field events into high-velocity growth engines through strategic distribution., • Data & Reporting: Create data-driven reports and dashboards for internal meetings and the executive team to track pipeline contribution and business objectives., • Execute Rapid Experiments: Run rapid-fire tests across paid social, display, and the website; hypothesize, launch, and optimize for key metrics like CAC and ROAS., • Move Fast: Speed is everything.
