Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or experience in sales is a plus). Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or appointment setting role (preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle objections and work with a wide variety of potential customers. Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
