About the Job Reporting directly to Elizabeth Perrong, the Paralegal/Contract Administrator role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role at TFI USA. Duties & Responsibilities • Draft, review, and revise contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and amendments, • Maintain and manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal, • Track key contract terms, deadlines, and compliance requirements, • Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and legal standards, • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, procurement, operations) to gather contract requirements, • Assist with legal research and interpretation of laws, regulations, and contractual language, • Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and document management systems, • Support audits by providing documentation and ensuring proper recordkeeping, • Communicate with external legal counsel, vendors, and clients as needed, • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and escalate concerns appropriately, • Administrator all NDA’s contract and COI’s in software system, • Maintain all legal files for any claims submitted and coordinate without counsel when necessary, • Responsible for keeping all policy and procedures, SOP’s updated and on file on company intranet, • Responsible for submitting all liability and property casualty claims into the carrier, • Providing any additional data needed by the carrier for claim administration Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field, • Paralegal certification preferred (e.g., NALA or equivalent), • 2–5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role, • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology, • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Thomas Foods? Salary Range: $70k-$95k annually This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
