    Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly and professional first impression. Handle check-in and check-out procedures, guest registration, and booking system operations. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; provide information about the property and services. Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, or complaints in a timely manner. Supervise the cleaning crew and ensure housekeeping standards are met. Ensure smooth front desk operations, including reporting maintenance issues and coordinating repairs when necessary. Manage daily records of arrivals, departures, and payments (cash, POS terminal, deposits). Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, management).
