Job Title: Infusion RN Location: LSC-Montrose Department Name: Home Infusion Req #: 0000226620 Status: Salaried Shift: Day Pay Range: $44,167.00 — $55,504.00 per year Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: Our Part-time Home Infusion RN provides direct care to clients in their home. They instruct and supervise the client and/or significant other in the safe administration of the appropriate therapy. They instruct in the safe storage and disposal of supplies, potential side effects, etc., and supervise as well as evaluate during the course of therapy. They start, restart, and maintain IV access devices, as required. The successful person will remain familiar with the operation and maintenance of all pumps, supplies and access devices. Qualifications: Required: • Current licensure by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as a Registered Professional Nurse., • Completion of an IV certification course required., • Previous home infusion experience required., • Successful completion of all orientation programs., • Ability to lift patients and equipment., • Part-Time employment of 22 hours per week., • 8 Hour shifts 3 days a week (Must be available for a Monday or Friday shift), • Work is performed in private homes., • Potential exposure to biomedical/hazardous waste; potential for puncture wounds. Exposure to all climates., • Participates in on-call coverage 2 days per month, which includes 1 weekend every 2 months., • All patient related departments, patients, families, visitors, nursing personnel and medical staff., • Always calls the patient the night before to schedule a visit., • Will notify patient if running late or will not meet the agreed upon time set., • Arranges with the pharmacy for needed supplies, including medications as well as pick-up of sharps containers., • Arrives to work on time., • Attends ongoing continuing education presentations to keep current with certifications and up to date on home infusion therapies., • Communicates in a timely manner with Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor to ensure continuity of care every day., • Leaves report daily., • Communicates with physicians to report client's response to therapy, clarification, and updating orders., • Completes UOR s when appropriate., • Completes time sheets and expense vouchers within appropriate time frames., • Conducts initial assessment, evaluation/teaching, completing all necessary documentation and returning it to the office within one week of visit., • Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the administration of the prescribed therapy, side effects of the medication, potential complications of access device and use of equipment., • Follows current guidelines for infection control and waste disposal recommended by the CDC as verified through infection control logs., • Follows policy and procedures., • Maintains vehicle safety while engaging the use of cell phone, eg: using hand free device, and obeys all local ordinances., • Obtains physician orders for discontinuing home infusion therapy if appropriate or required and generates the order in the chart., • Recognizes those inappropriately assigned to home infusion therapy, and notifies appropriate persons so alternative care can be provided., • Remains knowledgeable regarding the action, side effects, adverse reactions and precautions relating to procedures and therapies administered., • Reports to Nurse Manager any conditions not conducive of optimal patient care., • Reviews Bill of Rights, gets consents signed, does fall assessment, reviews patient meds and completes profile with all patients., • Schedules initial visit to coincide with the first scheduled home dose to be administered in the home setting and checks appropriate patient identifiers., • Understands and adheres to the company policy and requirements., • Willing to be cross trainrk or assist in other areas., • Helps co-workers when appropriate., • Willingness and flexible to work alternating work schedules on short notice. We are seeking full-time neuropsychologists in the Eatontown, NJ area. Description As a Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of our growing team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients and community. You’ll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting for in-person testing, with intakes and feedbacks completed in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference. You will have the opportunity to provide interdisciplinary care and collaborate with other LifeStance professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers and therapists. You will see clients with a variety of backgrounds and reasons for referral, including concern for a developmental disability/autism, ruling in or out attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, a complex psychdiagnostic picture, learning and achievement differences, and neurological insult or injury. As we grow, we will work to develop referral streams that complement the interests of our clinicians. The Technician III is a vital member of the Easy Ice service team, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of ice machines through proficient cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. The ideal Technician III is results-oriented, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and possesses a strong work ethic that inspires collaboration and excellence among colleagues. The Technician III will focus on maximizing equipment lifespan, minimizing service calls and emergency ice purchases, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding service and support during on-site visits, forging positive relationships with customers, managing installation and repair tasks, accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues, training and support of less experienced technicians, and completing detailed service reports to improve future service quality. The Technician III will also maintain proper truck stock and supplies during field operations, maintain company vehicles in accordance with established policies, and uphold the Easy Ice brand image with professionalism and positive engagement. A successful Technician III will drive the following outcomes: • Deliver exceptional service that fosters positive relationships with customers, ensuring they are consistently satisfied with both the quality of service and the performance of their ice machines, • Perform thorough repair, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of ice machines to improve their performance and longevity, thereby reducing the frequency of service calls and emergency ice purchases, • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues on the first visit, minimizing downtime for customers and enhancing their overall experience, • Achieve or exceed performance metrics related to service response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback, demonstrating accountability and commitment to excellence, • Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules and adapt to changing operational demands while actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth within the fieldHow you will do it:, • The Technician III is a progression from Technician II. All levels of Technician - I, II, and III, are responsible for the cleaning and preventative maintenance of ice machine equipment as required, • Clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install Easy Ice equipment, with the goal to increase equipment life and reliability, reduce service calls, and reduce emergency ice purchases, • Diagnose machine performance problems or system errors down to the component, • Capable of replacing compressors, expansion valves, and any other refrigeration component, • Manage on-site, remote, and standard installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, • Train and mentor less senior technicians as required, • Provide service and customer support during field visits with a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with customers, • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, • Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers to ensure all work orders and assignments are completed on time and per Easy Ice standard operating procedures, • Accurately document all actions performed during service visits by taking required photos, completing forms, reports, logs, and maintaining clear records of maintenance activities, • Ensure proper truck stock at all times, avoiding unnecessary return trips and delays in customer service, • Manage the pickup and delivery of ice as needed for service calls, ensuring timely and efficient service for customers, • Facilitate the processing of accurate payments from customers and assist in the proper shutdown or removal of equipment when necessary, • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop when applicable by adhering to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards Experience: • 5+ years experience in the diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment (prior experience with refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, ice machines, or related equipment), • EPA 2 Certification, • Ability to demonstrate and train hot work, • Ability to train torch solder management, safety standards, and procedures, • Ability to demonstrate and train refrigeration diagnostics, • Ability to demonstrate and train electrical diagnostics, • Ability to demonstrate, install, and train operations on all ice machine brands, • Adept and ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians, • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and de-escalation skills, • High level of ability to work and problem solve independently, • Working knowledge of mobile tools and applications, • Experience in and the ability to demonstrate volt meter operations, • Ability to work a full-time schedule which includes a rotating on-call schedule, • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, • Problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing repair and maintenance issues, • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure service calls are completed in a timely manner, • Skills in maintaining organized records and documentation of service activities, • EPA 2 or Universal CertificationAdditional Required Attributes:, • High-energy individual with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction, • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and service protocols in the field of ice machine repair and maintenance, • The employee is often required to stand; walk; sit; use ladders; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel surfaces, parts and tools; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, • Stands for extended periods of time (6+ hours per day), • While the noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat quiet, the worker may be subject to elevated noise levels, • Drive a vehicle for up to 60 percent of the hours worked, • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
