The Role TicketManager is hiring an FP&A Manager to serve as a key business partner to the CFO and leadership team. This role is responsible for building and owning TicketManager's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis as the company rapidly scales. The FP&A Manager will be the single source of truth for financial performance and business metrics, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and People teams to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. This leader will build and maintain financial models, develop executive reporting, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. TicketManager recently closed on a private equity investment in mid-2025 and has set ambitious growth plans for the coming years. This role will have material exposure to the CEO, private equity investment team, and the Board of Directors. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, business partnership instincts, and the ability to build scalable processes from scratch. You'll have significant ownership and visibility across the organization.
