About the role The part-time Onsite Manager (OSM) lives onsite at the property listed below and essentially acts as the eyes and ears of the building, reporting to the Property Manager, so quality communication is paramount to success in this position. Ensure timely month-end close – within 15 business days of the following month., • Ensure all financial data is accurate and complete by managing and reviewing key account reconciliations.
