Advises the Dining Room Manager regarding dining room status., 7. Assists with planning, scheduling, supervising, and counseling dining room personnel., 8. Assists bus and wait staff on the floor when needed and receives a consensus on resident feedback and satisfaction., 9. Assist servers in cleaning tables, floors, vacuuming, etc., 10. Execute other duties as assigned by management. Other Duties: Assists in assuring staff education is provided to dining room personnel in accordance with the staff education plan, plus provides on the job training for dining room personnel. 1. Ensures that dining room service is in compliance with all local, federal, and state regulations in relation to service, sanitation and personnel., 2. Inspects equipment to determine repair or maintenance needs and cleanliness. Reports any necessary maintenance repairs to the Dining Room Manager., 3. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned., 4. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
