Responsibilities Microsoft Dynamics Administration • Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment., • Configure tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows., • Manage user accounts, security roles, business units, and permissions., • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues., • Perform system updates, solution deployments, and environment management., • Develop and maintain system documentation and configuration standards. System Integration • Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or third-party systems., • Develop and maintain REST API integrations., • Support integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, finance systems, membership applications, websites, and other enterprise platforms., • Assist with data migration and synchronization projects. Data Management • Import, export, validate, and cleanse data., • Develop duplicate detection and data quality processes., • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems., • Support ongoing CRM data governance initiatives. User Support • Provide Tier II and Tier III support for Dynamics users., • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve technical problems., • Create user documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures., • Conduct end-user training and assist with change management activities. Business Process Improvement • Meet with business units to understand operational requirements., • Recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity., • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes., • Assist departments in leveraging Microsoft technologies to achieve organizational goals.
