Senior Brand Manager, Niche Fragrance \n \n About the Role \n Europerfumes represents some of the world's most sought-after niche fragrance houses, and we're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take the reins of our largest and fastest-growing brand - the flagship of our portfolio. This is not a multi-brand generalist role. You will own the strategic and commercial agenda for a single, high-profile luxury fragrance brand with outsized visibility, ambitious growth targets, and a runway to become even bigger. \n \n As the strategic business lead for this brand, you'll serve as the primary liaison between our international brand partner, our executive leadership, and internal teams, driving everything from long-term growth planning to high-stakes retailer negotiations to marquee collaborations. You'll work in close partnership with the Director of Brand Experience and Senior Vice President to shape the brand's trajectory in the U.S. market, backed by the full resources of a company built specifically to scale independent fragrance houses. \n \n We're looking for a seasoned brand builder from luxury beauty, ideally with fragrance and/or Italian brand experience, who knows how to balance heritage and storytelling with sharp commercial execution, and who is energized by the idea of shaping the next chapter of a brand that's already winning. \n \n Who We Are \n Europerfumes is the leading U.S. distributor of artisanal fragrance brands. With more than 200 diverse and talented employees, we encourage innovative thinking, ownership, and continuous growth. \n \n Why Work With Us? \n\n • Ownership of the company's flagship brand, with high visibility and high impact\n, • Entrepreneurial and collaborative culture\n, • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement\n, • Direct access to executive leadership and international brand partners\n, • Company discounts\n, • Generous PTO and Paid Company Holiday Schedule + Summer Fridays\n, • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Brand Strategy & Growth Leadership \n\n • Own the strategic vision, annual business plan, and multi-year growth roadmap for the brand.\n, • Develop and drive integrated growth strategies that strengthen brand equity and accelerate revenue, distribution, and consumer engagement while staying true to the brand's DNA and heritage.\n, • Partner directly with the SVP and Senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, expansion channels, and long-term strategic priorities for the brand.\n, • Lead annual planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, and KPI setting for the brand's U.S. business.\n, • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer insights to sharpen strategic direction.\n\n \n Collaborations & Brand Development \n\n • Identify, pitch, and lead high-impact brand collaborations, partnerships, and limited-edition launches that extend the brand's cultural relevance and reach.\n, • Oversee product launches from concept through go-to-market execution.\n, • Refine and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging to support aggressive growth objectives.\n, • Guide 360-degree marketing execution across digital, social, PR, influencer, and experiential channels.\n\n \n Retailer & Partner Negotiations \n\n • Lead negotiations with key retail partners on distribution terms, placement, promotional investment, and launch support.\n, • Build and defend retailer-specific growth plans that expand doors, sell-through, and shelf presence.\n, • Serve as the brand's senior voice in high-stakes commercial conversations across DTC and wholesale channels.\n, • Monitor performance closely and adjust commercial strategy in real time to protect margin and momentum.\n\n \n Brand Partner & Stakeholder Management \n\n • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for the brand's international owner/partner.\n, • Lead regular business reviews and growth planning discussions directly with brand stakeholders.\n, • Present business performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and brand partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.\n, • Build strong cross-functional relationships across sales, marketing, e-commerce, operations, and finance to drive alignment.\n\n \n Analytics & P&L Ownership \n\n • Own the brand's P&L, budget, and core business metrics, balancing marketing investment against sales objectives and profitability.\n, • Translate sales performance, consumer behavior, and campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations.\n, • Build executive-level reporting that connects performance to strategy.\n, • Forecast inventory needs and partner with supply chain on launch planning.\n\n \n Travel \n Up to 20%, for brand meetings, retailer partnerships, industry events, and market visits. \n \n Qualifications \n Required \n\n • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\n, • 7–10+ years in brand management, marketing, or commercial leadership within luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.\n, • A track record of leading, not just supporting, brand growth strategy for a major or flagship brand.\n, • Direct experience negotiating with retail partners at a senior level.\n, • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.\n, • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n, • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\n, • Comfort operating as the senior brand voice in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\n\n \n Preferred \n\n • Experience with Italian luxury or fragrance brands specifically.\n, • Professional fluency in Italian.\n, • Experience leading brand collaborations or co-branded launches.\n, • Experience with prestige retail partners such as Sephora, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Bluemercury.\n\n \n The anticipated compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000, based on qualifications, experience, skill set, and other business-related factors.
