Job DescriptionPosition Summary TRUE HEALTH NY is a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group providing Internal Medicine and OB-GYN services across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager, responsible for overseeing clinical operations, nursing staff, and clinical workflows across our outpatient sites. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clinical quality, staff performance, patient safety, and provider support—not a hospital bedside role. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight * Serve as the clinical authority for nursing standards across all sites * Oversee RN/LPN/MA clinical workflows and scope adherence * Manage OB-GYN triage protocols (pregnancy calls, labs, urgent escalations) * Supervise clinical procedures support (injections, EKGs, ultrasounds, labs) * Ensure proper documentation, charting standards, and follow-ups * Act as escalation point for clinical issues before provider involvement Staff Leadership & Training * Supervise and mentor MAs, LPNs, and RNs * Lead onboarding, competency assessments, and retraining * Address performance issues, clinical errors, and workflow gaps * Collaborate with administration on staffing needs and coverage planning * Promote accountability, professionalism, and consistency across sites Operations & Quality * Standardize clinical workflows across all locations * Reduce provider interruptions through better triage and delegation * Ensure compliance with NY State regulations and practice protocols * Support quality improvement initiatives and patient experience goals * Serve as liaison between providers, administration, and clinical staff Collaboration * Work closely with Medical Director, providers (MDs/NPs), and practice leadership * Support new services, procedures, and clinic expansions * Assist with policy rollout and clinical SOP implementation QualificationsRequired * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York State * Minimum 5–10 years clinical experience, preferably outpatient * Strong background in OB-GYN and/or Internal Medicine * Proven leadership or supervisory experience * Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills * Comfortable enforcing standards and giving direct feedback Preferred * Prior Nurse Manager / Clinical Lead experience * Multi-site outpatient experience * Familiarity with EMRs (eClinicalWorks or similar) * Experience training MAs/LPNs in outpatient settings Schedule & Location * Full-time, primarily weekday schedule * Travel between Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island sites as needed * Limited direct patient care; focus on leadership and oversight Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Health, dental, vision insurance * Paid time off and paid holidays * Long-term leadership growth opportunity within a physician-led practice Why Join TRUE HEALTH NY * Physician-led, mission-driven outpatient group * Direct impact on clinical quality and staff culture * Opportunity to build and shape clinical systems * Stable, long-term leadership role with growth potential

About the Role We're seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Yonker, NY location. This role encompasses the complete maintenance lifecycle—from fleet intake and facility setup to daily shop management and continuous improvement. You'll build high-performing technician teams, manage maintenance budgets and KPIs, and establish best-in-class fleet operations that ensure maximum vehicle availability and safety compliance. You'll be the backbone of our transportation operations, ensuring every vehicle is safe, reliable, and ready to serve students and communities. ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Fleet Readiness * Execute complete shop start-ups for newly awarded contracts, including facility setup, tool and equipment procurement, parts inventory establishment, and fleet intake processes * Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs that meet or exceed state, federal, DOT, and district requirements * Ensure maximum daily vehicle availability through strategic maintenance scheduling, efficient repair workflows, and proactive fleet health monitoring * Manage shop operations to ensure consistency and excellence across all maintenance activities * Partner with Location Manager to coordinate fleet readiness and support operational scheduling needs Performance Management & Safety * Utilize Zum's fleet management systems to monitor, analyze, and exceed maintenance KPIs including PMI compliance, mean distance between failures, out-of-service time, and first-time fix rates * Lead a safety-first maintenance culture that protects technicians, drivers, students, and the broader community * Ensure complete compliance with FMCSA, DOT, CHP Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, ADA requirements, and all applicable federal and state regulations * Maintain meticulous maintenance records, inspection documentation, and regulatory files ready for audit at all times * Maintain maintenance budget accountability in alignment with company financial guidelines Team Development & Shop Operations * Collaborate with Human Resources and Recruiting teams to strategize and execute hiring plans for technician positions that support operational needs * Develop and coach maintenance technicians through mentoring, skills training, and career growth opportunities * Oversee daily shop operations including work order management, parts inventory control, vendor relationships, and warranty claim processing * Establish and adjust maintenance priorities based on operational demands, parts availability, and fleet requirements * Maintain organized, safe, clean, and efficient shop facilities with proper tool control and hazardous materials management Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience managing shop operations in a commercial repair environment such as fleet maintenance, diesel repair, heavy equipment service, trucking maintenance facilities, or similar settings where managing multiple concurrent repairs and minimizing vehicle downtime are essential * 3+ years of experience directly supervising and managing a team of 3 or more technicians in a commercial fleet maintenance environment * Fleet management and software proficiency - Experience utilizing fleet management software systems (such as Fleetio, Geotab, Samsara, Fleet Complete, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms) to track vehicle maintenance schedules, manage work orders and parts inventory, generate reports, and handle daily communication and operational documentation * Regulatory compliance experience – Demonstrated experience managing compliance with FMCSA and DOT requirements, including maintaining inspection records, driver qualification files, and maintenance documentation. Ability to speak to a time when you prepared for or underwent a State or Federal audit and ensured regulatory compliance across shop operations and fleet maintenance records Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing in a unionized (CBA) environment * Demonstrated experience successfully managing through periods of rapid organizational growth or major management/structural changes * Valid CDL license with ability to operate commercial fleet vehicles * ASE certifications or manufacturer/dealer technical training credentials * Knowledge of Federal DOT regulations and State/Local commercial vehicle compliance requirements * Additional industry certifications (EPA 609, OSHA safety training, or specialized equipment certifications) The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below.
