Help Us Keep the “Best Soy Sauce in the Universe” Flowing Our production is booming, and we’re looking for a talented Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic (Swing Shift) to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re a master troubleshooter with a knack for diagnosing and repairing foodproduction machinery, we want to meet you! Think of it as having maintenance superpowers—and using them to keep our machines (and soy sauce) performing at their best. What You’ll Do As a key member of our maintenance team, you will: • Maintain all manufacturing machines, buildings, and equipment to ensure continuous, reliable operation., • Assist with general maintenance of forklifts, automobiles, and other critical equipment., • Reduce downtime across the plant by performing consistent preventive maintenance and quick, effective repairs., • Identify equipment needs and partner professionally with vendors., • Pick up parts and complete other maintenance-related tasks as needed., • Perform other duties as assigned based on daily demands., • Work primarily on Swing Shift but be available for other shifts or partial shifts as workloads require.What You Bring (Required Skills), • Minimum 3 years of experience as a fullcharge manufacturing maintenance mechanic in a similarsized plant., • Hands-on knowledge of welding, boilers, air compressors, and hydraulics., • Strong troubleshooting skills for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, machinery, and plant operations., • Ability to maintain and repair automobiles and forklifts., • Ability to lift, carry, slide, push, or pull up to 75 lbs., • Physical ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and move freely as repairs demand., • Manual dexterity to operate tools, small parts, and hardware., • Ability to climb stairs and ladders to access multi-level machinery., • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to 8 hours per shift., • Comfort working in all plant areas and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)., • Forklift operation skills and the ability to be NIOSH or OSHA certified., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within schedules while responding swiftly to emergencies., • Competence operating cutting equipment, machine tools, and electrical testing devices., • Ability to work constructively with diverse teams across cultural and linguistic backgrounds., • Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance calls—any time, including weekends and holidays (rotating on-call)Education & Experience, • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited program., • At least 2 years of additional technical training in mechanics, metal maintenance, drive systems, heavy machinery, or automotive repair.OR—Education Substitution Powered by ExactHire:93795
