This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Job Description Project Manager Reports to: Project Executive The Project Manager plays a central role in driving projects from pre-construction through closeout, making sure every detail is moving in the right direction. This role is equal parts leader, coordinator, problem solver, and communicator. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly from start to finish.
