    We’re looking for a proactive, consumer-obsessed professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of user insights, brand strategy, and digital engagement—helping us build a brand that resonates locally across California. Key Responsibilities 1、Conduct in-person user visits and in-depth interviews across LA and nearby cities to gather insights on local culture, shopping habits, and lifestyle trends 2、Translate research findings into actionable brand communication strategies that align with local market needs—across social content, e-commerce operations, and brand voice 3、Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook; handle ongoing communication and post-campaign performance reviews 4、Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics to inform future efforts 5、Engage directly with customers by responding to DMs and comments, helping to understand buyer needs and manage community feedback What We’re Looking For 1、1+ years of experience in user research, market research, fashion/e-commerce/retail, or a related field 2、Comfortable with frequent travel within the greater LA area and surrounding regions Deep understanding of the LA market—its cultural nuances, diverse communities, and consumer behavior 3、Outgoing, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through 4、A natural eye for fashion, trends, and what resonates with local audiences 5、Solid understanding of how social platforms work (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), and a genuine ease in building connections with people
