The manager will also be responsible for creating an outreach strategy to broaden the reach of the fitness center. These programs will include events, workshops, in-department meditation, and other services. You will be working closely with the client’s team along with Kinema Fitness’s team to develop and implement the vision and strategy that is created. As general manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding certain performance metrics and goals.
