Job Description A midstream energy infrastructure corporation, is one of the largest infrastructure companies delivering natural gas and natural gas liquids in the United States. Inventory Specialist - long term contract opportunity with potential for a direct hire based on performance and at the company's discretion. This individual can be located in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Tulsa, OK, or Midland, TX (preferred) Key Criteria: Intermediate Excel, Warehouse Management Background, able to travel domestically 50-60% of the time, have a projects mind set. Should also have at least an intermediate level PowerPoint skillset The contract assignment has no (PTO) paid time off (this includes no paid holiday and paid vacation). OVERVIEW: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory management, planning and reporting for the Company’s operations, maintenance, and capital projects. This position provides subject matter support and oversight of Warehouse Technicians to safely ensure inventory requirements are met through stock replenishment purchases, shipment inspections and receipts, and proper storage and issuance of materials for usage. With a service-oriented approach, this role requires collaboration across internal field stakeholders and with corporate functions to reconcile financial balances and continuously improve materials management practices and systems. To perform this job satisfactorily, the Inventory Specialist must be able to perform all essential job duties with minimal supervision; including the administrative tasks and travel requirements involved with developing and improving the Company’s materials management practices. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Responsible for overall inventory management and reporting for field operations and project demands., • Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure inventory needs are met., • Support expansion and implementation of the Company’s warehousing and inventory management strategy and objectives., • Plan, direct and coordinate inventory planning and controls activities., • Manage and report inventory KPIs and insights for materials demand forecasts and supply planning., • Evaluate, recommend, and implement warehouse and inventory management best practices, standards, and any special requirements for maintaining and storing inventory., • Develop and support Warehouse Technicians to consistently follow the Company’s inventory management processes, including inventory replenishment, receiving, stocking, staging, issuing and returning activities., • Support materials tracking of material requirements and availability of parts for upcoming planned maintenance and/or urgent corrective maintenance parts when needed., • Identify surplus, obsolete, or slow moving materials and determine and implement best value disposition., • Work with the warehouse technicians and internal stakeholders to determine the correct stocking levels, economic reorder quantities (min/ max) for Targa standard volumes, and location specific requirements., • Work with operations and procurement to sell surplus inventory or scrap material to bring best value., • Ensure accurate inventory records are stored, maintained, and accessible when needed., • Perform cycle counts and periodic inventory counts and financial reconciliations with financial accounting and Warehouse Technicians., • Track aging inventory and recommend write -downs., • Support engineering and project accounting with journal voucher (JV) entries for material transfers., • Oversee and provide back-up support to the Warehouse Technician, as needed., • Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines, and training., • Ensure safe handling procedures for inventory are followed and practiced with Warehouse Technicians., • Promote warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and Targa safety policies., • Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others, report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately., • Available outside normal business hours when special needs arise to serve stakeholder needs., • Perform other duties and projects as assigned., • Ability to travel up to 100% as project or business demands arise. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chan or Operations Management or 5+ years of equivalent materials management experience in similar work will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree., • 5+ years related warehouse/yard experience., • Valid driver license with the ability to meet the company's vehicle policy., • Certification in operating Materials Handling Equipment is a plus or able to obtain forklift certification if needed., • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio., • Prior experience with materials management systems required., • Experience with Oracle and Maximo is preferred., • Valid forklift certification is a plus., • Oil & gas Industry experience in managing material movements and warehouse storage is desired., • Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and other equipment and parts used in pipelines and gas plants is desired., • Knowledge of commodity codes, part numbers, and bar/QR coding or other inventory tracking mechanisms is a plus., • Comfortable and credible with working in a plant environment, working with plant operators and inspectors, construction personnel and transportation providers., • Demonstrate good judgement and the ability to develop a strategic approach to material storage, material movements and problem solving., • Must be detail oriented, thorough, organized, and efficient., • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills., • Able to learn company's warehouse / yard operations and business processes., • Able to learn federal, health and safety regulations., • Able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision under challenging conditions.

Position Summary A Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing existing accounts within our produce division while prospecting for new accounts to support ongoing sales budgets and profit expectations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between corporate finance goals and field-level execution, ensuring that our ISO tank fleet and specialized freight move safely and cost-effectively. Core Responsibilities 1. In-Basin & Terminal Operations • Distribution Strategy: Oversee the operational efficiency of in-basin distribution centers (DCs) located in major shale plays (e.g., Permian, Haynesville, Bakken)., • Last-Mile Logistics: Coordinate the "last-mile" delivery of chemicals to well sites, ensuring equipment readiness and driver compliance with oilfield safety protocols., • Distribution Center Throughput: Collaborate with planning manager to maintain proper inventory levels at DCs to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs. 1. ISO Tank & Fleet Management • Technical Oversight: Manage a dedicated fleet of ISO tanks, ensuring proper maintenance is performed and assets are allocated where needed, • Repositioning: Strategically manage "empty" returns and tank cleaning cycles to maximize equipment utilization across the basin network. 1.
