Position Overview: The Service Coordinator/Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination and communication between the salesmen, field professional team, customers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: We are a fast-paced, fun company looking for a friendly and outgoing person to perform duties such as: • Managing a multi-line phone system., • Managing technician schedules and coordinating service line schedules., • Coordinate ordering equipment and supplies as needed via internal warehouse., • Pulling permits, Backflow certifications, and ensuring all required documentation is in order., • Data entry, invoicing, and filing, • Assisting with special projects for leadership., • Supporting day-to-day operations with a positive, can-do attitude., • Assist with scheduling and coordinating service line schedules and scheduling continued work., • Work closely with the field professional staff, salesmen to understand customer needs and ensure the Proper materials and equipment are available for installation., • Coordinate with the Service leadership team to ensure smooth execution of each job., • Assist your team in moving up calls as needed to fill the schedule board., • Scheduling work sold by technicians and working directly with the warehouse to order material for sold jobs., • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experience, and dispatching technicians appropriately., • Work with service department managers and install coordinator to ensure first calls for next day are assigned and structured for max capacity.
