Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate, empathetic and skilled Licensed Associate Counselor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, purpose-driven, and eager to deliver care using our signature BRAVE Method, a step-by-step healing approach rooted in deep therapeutic connection, emotional release, and long-lasting change. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to adults dealing with trauma, self-sabotage, chronic self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Conduct clinical assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Leidy Quispe (CEO) and participate in ongoing consultation and training Maintain detailed, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice policies. Keep updated and timely therapy notes for clients Provide high-quality care while contributing to a collaborative team environment that values clinical independence, professional integrity, and adherence to established practice protocols. Actively contribute to the evolving culture and growth of the practice through thoughtful feedback and participation in team initiatives. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active independent licensure in New Jersey (LAC). Minimum of 6 months of post-graduate clinical experience Open to be trained in our Proprietary Method and integrate it as your core clinical framework. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, inner child work, or somatic-based approaches. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. 🔍 Job Summary: The Emotional Intelligence Officer Instructor is responsible for teaching and training individuals to become certified Emotional Intelligence Officers. These officers are trained to respond to emotional crises, support mental health needs in schools, communities, and public spaces, and promote emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and non-violent communication. The instructor will deliver structured lessons using provided materials, lead practical scenarios and role-plays, and evaluate student performance and understanding. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Teach students the foundational principles of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, social skills). Train students to become field-ready Emotional Intelligence Officers equipped to de-escalate emotional crises and support community members. Follow the EI-ERASU training curriculum and adapt lesson plans as needed. Facilitate interactive role-play sessions and real-life case study discussions. Assess student understanding through quizzes, discussions, and practical evaluations. Promote a safe, respectful, and emotionally engaging learning environment. Prepare students for certification or graduation from the program.
