Job Description About the Role IVX Health is seeking an experienced Market Clinical Lead with an RN or NP background to guide and oversee clinical operations across the Dallas Fort Worth market. If you're a clinical leader, potentially a past or present Charge Nurse, with strong infusion therapy experience, precepting skills, and a passion for mentoring, this role could be the perfect fit. You'll help lead a multi-site team, ensuring compassionate, top-quality care and compliance with all clinical standards, while working closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. What You Will Do • Assess and document the health status of the patient. Including SOAP note documentation, • Assess and document patient health, including SOAP note documentation., • Oversee patient intake (vital signs, medication reconciliation, health history)., • Prepare and deliver infusions or injections according to prescribed protocols., • Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and manage medical supplies., • Provide patient and family education on disease and treatment., • Assist with regulatory audits and conduct skill competency assessments., • Mentor and guide clinicians, including new staff onboarding and technical support., • Lead monthly in-person clinical meetings and participate in weekly leadership meetings., • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and Regional Operations Directors (ROD) to shape clinical policies, provide feedback, and support enterprise-wide initiatives. What You Will Bring: • Excellent IV skills (Infusion Therapy experience a plus!), • Strong mathematical skills for medication dosage calculations, • Demonstrates a commitment to improving the quality of patient care, • Exceptional active listening skills, • Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care, • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, • Ability to integrate clinical judgment skills into decision-making, • Strong leadership skills, self-confidence, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations, • Ability to communicate effectively, in verbal and written form, with patients, providers, and coworkers, • Ability to demonstrate workstyle flexibility and teamwork, • Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA, • Experience and strong familiarity with utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, • For Nurse Practitioners (NP), • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license, • Board certified by AANP or ANCC, • Successful completion of Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nursing program, • For Registered Nurses (NP), • Active and unrestricted RN licenses, • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, • Previous experience as a charge nurse or in a precepting role preferred, • For both RNs and NPs, • BLS Provider certification, credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA), • PALS Provider certification, strongly preferred, credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA), • Experience in an infusion setting preferred About IVX Health IVX Health is a national provider of infusion and injection therapy for individuals managing chronic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
