The Resource Coordinator is the primary point of contact for external customers and is a key contributor to building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This independent, detail-oriented role is accountable for coordinating, scheduling, and tracking materials, equipment, and team member resources in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsiveness., • Build long-term client relationships through consistent, reliable and service-oriented communication., • Acts as a key point of contact between the construction team and clients, always representing the company in a professional manner., • Take ownership of client interactions and follow through on commitments to build trust and reliability., • Process and coordinate scheduling requests and ordering material needs for multiple projects., • Maintain communication across the office and coordinate the administration team, project managers, foreman, CDL drivers, mechanics, and company suppliers., • Work with Cemplex project managers to ensure the schedule of work supports the smooth flow of projects from the start through completion., • Schedule crews to specific jobs/days based on estimates, customer requests, project specific site demands, crew skills, availability, and production., • Coordinate the delivery of materials to job sites and ensure work crews are aware of specific job requirements including site conditions and amount of work to be completed., • Coordinate out of town crew travel and lodging arrangements., • Ensure labor, production, equipment, and materials are available in the proper quantities and the actual use is documented in daily reports., • Gather and review daily reports from job sites to ensure information is correct and properly recorded., • Train field team members on proper use and documentation of work within construction software., • Partner with the administrative assistant to fulfill the region’s DOT paperwork, certified payroll reporting, material test reports and IFTA requirements., • Process field daily sheets with time, material, and billing information., • Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Required: • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience coordinating human resources, materials, and assets in a fast-paced environment., • 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, account management, or other customer facing role within construction or related industry., • Resource coordination experience in multifamily construction or concrete industry. Working Condition and Physical Requirements • Ability to work non-standard hours to meet goals, • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear., • The team member is frequently required to stand and walk., • The team member must regularly lift up to 10 pounds and frequently move up to 25 pounds, • Construction site visits will be required resulting in exposure to the elements, temperature changes, and normal construction site hazards.
