The fellowship includes didactic, clinical, simulation, a mentorship program, peer support, and a variety of other strategies to help the APP transition into the critical care provider role. Two specialties are currently offered in the Fellowship Program: General Medicine ICU and Cardiovascular ICU with an emphasis on CV surgery and VA/VV ECMO management.
