Our goal is to bridge the gap between creators and brands, streamlining opportunities and fostering impactful collaborations. mavn is building at the intersection of creators, brands, and events — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead that next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the founder, ideal for someone who understands both brand and performance and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. What You’ll Own A) Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth • Lead overarching marketing strategy across the business., • Develop campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities., • Manage growth marketing initiatives across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels., • Track performance metrics and optimize programs based on data and insights., • Oversee messaging, positioning, and brand consistency across external touchpoints. B) Market Expansion & Growth • Lead mavn’s expansion into new geographic markets, including key hubs such as New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin, Chicago, and other strategic markets., • Develop and execute market-entry strategies that drive awareness, partnerships, creator acquisition, and revenue growth., • Build relationships with local brands, agencies, event organizers, hospitality groups, sports organizations, and community leaders within target markets., • Identify opportunities for activations, partnerships, and events that establish mavn’s presence in new regions., • Create scalable frameworks for launching and growing mavn’s footprint., • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion. C) Events & Industry Presence • Lead marketing efforts surrounding events, activations, creator experiences, and strategic partnerships., • Work closely with sponsors, partners, creators, and clients to maximize visibility and impact., • Develop plans to amplify event participation and extend value beyond the event itself., • Help position mavn as a leading voice within the creator economy. D) Partnerships & Business Development • Identify partnership opportunities that drive awareness, revenue, and long-term growth., • Represent mavn at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and activations., • Collaborate with leadership on partnership strategy and business development initiatives., • Help create strategic introductions and opportunities that support customer acquisition and company growth. E) Strategic Leadership • Partner directly with the Founder on company growth initiatives., • Help shape long-term marketing, partnership, and expansion strategies., • Establish scalable processes and systems to support future growth., • Bring new ideas, opportunities, and industry insights to the organization. What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, marketing, business development, brand strategy, or related fields., • Demonstrated success helping companies enter new markets, expand geographic reach, or build awareness in new regions., • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that drive measurable business results., • Strong understanding of partnerships, marketing, events, community-building, and growth strategies., • Experience developing and executing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness., • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills., • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action., • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously., • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience • Experience launching brands, products, communities, or partnerships in new markets., • Experience building regional or national growth strategies., • Existing relationships across hospitality, entertainment, sports, media, tourism, agency, or brand communities., • Experience working within startups or high-growth environments., • Familiarity with paid media, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms., • Prior experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, media, hospitality, tourism, sports, or technology sectors is a plus. Location • Must be based in Miami or South Florida., • Remote day-to-day with availability for in-person meetings, events, activations, and occasional travel.
