Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on territory sales, engaging in cold calling, and promoting our services to B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to upsell effectively.

Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory through cold calling and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and business development. - Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software. - Meet or exceed sales targets through effective direct sales techniques and upselling strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Requirements - At least 5 years experience in outside sales. - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management. - Excellent cold calling skills with a track record of successful lead generation. - Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on client needs. - Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals. - Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative where your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company while providing innovative solutions to our valued clients! - Job Type: Full-time - Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year - Benefits: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Compensation Package: - Commission pay - Schedule: - Day shift - Work Location: In person
