Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, employee movements and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Maintain and update employee files (electronic and paper), • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HARRI, ADP or equivalent), • Process employee status changes (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, • Generate HR reports and dashboards as needed, • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries, • Coordinate with payroll and benefits, • Assist in audits (I-9, personnel files, wage and hour compliance), • Maintain confidentiality of employee information, • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures, • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, • Support employee engagement programs and company events, • Assist in preparing and distribution of HR correspondence, memos, and reports, • Schedule HR meetings and HR events, • Support special HR projects and initiatives NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in preparing periodic HR dashboard and other reports that maybe required by management. • Perform other assignments from time to time as directed by management., • Perform administrative duties as necessary i.e., making copies, filing, etc., • Gather and consolidates performance review ratings of assigned business operational unit., • Prepare management reports, store reports/requirements.
