Job Description Billing & Operations Coordinator Location: Buffalo, NY RouteGenie is a modern, all-in-one software platform designed for medical transportation providers. We help businesses streamline and automate routing, scheduling, dispatching, billing, and fleet management—empowering them to reduce costs, improve on-time performance, and deliver better service to their customers and communities. In this role, you’ll be at the center of it all—balancing billing and collections with operational support to keep our business running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented with numbers but also enjoys planning, organizing, and supporting a growing company behind the scenes. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a fully on-site position (Monday–Friday) with flexible core business hours. The salary range is $23–28 per hour, based on experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity. What You’ll Do • Manage invoicing and collections by preparing, auditing and sending client invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate payment records., • Process Medicaid billing as a third-party solution for clients, including reviewing submissions, resolving errors, and maintaining compliance with Medicaid requirements., • Support company operations by coordinating executive assistant responsibilities such as travel arrangements, conference planning, and scheduling meetings., • Oversee office management tasks, including vendor coordination, supply management, and keeping internal systems organized and up to date., • Act as a connector across teams, providing operations support where needed and helping RouteGenie run efficiently as we continue to grow., • Identify process improvements in billing, collections, and administrative workflows to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
