Your ability to connect with people while gathering accurate information will play a crucial role in building client trust. In this role, you will: • Answer calls, emails, and web inquiries with a welcoming approach, • Listen carefully to each caller's situation and gather information sensitively, • Enter information accurately in our case management system, • Respond promptly and follow up consistently with potential clients, • Schedule consultations in a timely manner, • Work closely with our attorneys to ensure smooth case transitions, • Maintain complete confidentiality with all client information, • Meet performance goals while focusing on quality client interactions, • Help improve our intake processes based on client feedback, • Assist with training new team members as you grow Experience and Skills While we value prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or call centers, we're more interested in your natural people skills, reliability, and alignment with our values of Accountability, Compassion, and Teamwork.
