This is not a remote position. Reports to: Global Director of Education Hours: Full-time: This is a limited-term position (15-18 months) contingent on project funding. Extension beyond the initial term is possible but not guaranteed. About the Position The Program Manager of Education in the US supports the Global Director of Education in leading the development, implementation and success of prevention education programming in the U.S., with a primary focus on expanding and implementing the Influenced curriculum through robust school partnerships, as well as strategic nonprofit and government networks. This role is responsible for creating a solid structure for the program’s success, including: building relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders, scheduling and delivering high-impact events, ensuring quality of educational content and materials, and driving success through proven impact reporting and data analysis. The role will directly deliver the curriculum as a classroom facilitator or instructor when appropriate, as well as equipping facilitators to replicate and multiply the program through our train-the-trainer model (CDSE). Job Requirements: Educational Product Development • Oversee the refinement and further development and modalities of prevention education curricula for multiple age groups and demographics across both digital and in person delivery platforms., • Pursue and maintain official accreditation for educational programs to increase credibility and adoption within school systems and social service organizations., • Translate proven curricula into virtual learning courses on LMS platform Stakeholder Relationships • Cultivate and maintain high-value partnerships such as with schools, districts, and community leaders for education program implementation, • Serving as the primary point of contact for consistent communication, scheduling, and conducting follow-up for successful long-term retention., • Build and maintain a high-performing pipeline of CDSE facilitators by recruiting, implementing standardized vetting processes and conducting performance audits., • Gather and implement stakeholder feedback for continuous quality improvement., • Pursue national recognition for The Exodus Road’s education program. Program Delivery • Lead the planning, execution, contracting, and project management of education events and TER’s nationwide digital exploitation summit/conference, • Facilitate and present Influenced workshops to diverse audiences to meet funding deliverables., • Lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes; collect data and initiate comprehensive reports to measure program impact and efficacy with data analysis contractors., • Provide expert coaching and training for CDSE facilitators to maintain high standards of delivery and engagement. Logistics and Inventory Management • Manage all associated digital assets to ensure brand and educational consistency., • Oversee the physical and digital distribution of materials to facilitators and partners., • Maintain and develop LMS platform and user base, • Manage Facilitator Hub resource for facilitators, including resource updates, contract management, and recruitment support to scale the facilitator pipeline. **Estimated 25% of time traveling in Colorado and domestically for strategic partnerships and events. At least one multi-day out of state trip per year. The Ideal candidate has the following required items: • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Education, Nonprofit Leadership, Social Work, or Public Health)., • Minimum 3 years in a program management, teaching or training role, preferably within secondary education or nonprofit sector., • Exemplifies the values of The Exodus Road: Mission, Grit, Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, Community, Empowerment, and Hope., • Demonstrates a proven passion for fighting human trafficking and protecting the vulnerable., • Experience managing nonprofit or business budgets., • Established relationships within CO school systems, districts, or educational boards., • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with a history of engaging school-age audiences., • A documented history of setting and achieving ambitious goals and KPIs through evidence based success and data-driven decision making., • Strong systems-oriented mind with experience managing multiple initiatives at a time., • Experience creating and managing contracts., • Familiarity with curriculum development, marketing, accreditation processes, and educational standards., • Experience implementing MEAL frameworks. The Ideal candidate has the following preferred items: • 2 or more years teaching experience, • Experience managing a learning management system, • Experience successfully creating reports with data analytics tools, • An understanding of grant application and reporting processes, • Experience with project management software., • Spanish language proficiency is a plus. What Does Success Look Like? • 1st 90-Days: Complete accelerated learning plan that includes (1) a confident grasp of the "Influenced" curriculum, materials, platforms, and implementation strategy, (2) becoming an Influenced Master Trainer by completing first event and passing auditing, (3) identifying and initiating engagement with at least 5 key high-impact networks (state/local education agencies, school boards), and (4) demonstrating accountability and detail in managing the program’s deliverables., • 6-Month Mark: Clearly contributing value by (1) conducting a Certified Digital Safety Educator Training and beginning to provide expert coaching for CDSE facilitators, (2) actively leading MEAL processes, including data collection and initial analysis to measure program efficacy, (3) assume full management of the program calendar and facilitator hub, ensuring all scheduled events are staffed and resourced and that all program deliverables are met, and (4) lead high-impact execution of The Exodus Road’s educational conference for key stakeholders and attendees (5) Build out of at least one additional module or iteration of Influenced curriculum, • End of 1st Year: Significant contributions to program priorities, including (1) securing or substantially advancing official accreditation and national recognition for the "Influenced" curriculum, (2) achieving measurable program and curriculum expansion goals across target school districts and networks, (3) ensuring high-fidelity across all sites and successful ownership of Facilitator Hub, and (3) delivering a comprehensive program impact report based on collected data and optimizing program’s efficiencies through strategic plan.
