American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: CT Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 10/13/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, nights, • Work in a Level 1 trauma, short-term acute care hospital setting, • Perform CT scans using all Siemens scanners, • Service both inpatient and outpatient populations, including adult ICU, • Typical patient caseload includes complex cases related to trauma, • Required to work 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, • Scheduled to work every other weekend, • Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required, • EPIC is used for charting and EMR documentation, • Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius as local candidates are not accepted, • Main responsibilities include performing a variety of advanced CT procedures and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team, • Scrub colors are black, red, or white, • Every other weekend coverage is required, • First-time travelers are accepted, • No on-call requirement, • Candidates must be able to pass fit testing for facial hair; shaving may be required, • No more than 7 days of requested time off allowed during the 13-week contract; no time off in the first week, • Permanent former employees must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler, • Allied travelers can remain for 12 months and must take a 6-month break before returning, • Parking passes are available, and parking arrangements should be coordinated with facility security\n \n Requirements\n, • ARRT (CT) certification required at time of consideration, • BLS certification required, • Minimum of 2 years recent CT tech experience, • MO state license or compact license required at time of consideration; for IL, license in hand required, • Experience working in Level 1 trauma or large hospital settings is preferred, • Proficiency with Siemens scanners preferred, • Experience performing CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction required, • Familiarity with contrast administration and PACS required, • EPIC EMR experience preferred, • Experience with IV starts, portable imaging, and biopsies is desired\n Benefits\n, • High Pay and Bonuses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options, • 401(k) Plan, • Weekly Payroll Deposit, • Free Online CEUs, • Generous Housing Allowance, • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements, • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
