As a Women’s Health/GYN RN Resident, you’ll make a meaningful impact caring for patients experiencing: • Gynecological care & post‑operative recovery, • GYN surgeries, • NICU mothers needing additional support, • Breast reconstructive surgeries, • Urogynecology patients You'll work night shift (3 shifts/week) after orientation, building confidence and core skills through personalized training, preceptorship, and hands-on learning with a team invested in your success. You will grow into a nurse who: • Involves patients and families in meaningful care decisions, • Identifies educational needs and documents individualized care plans, • Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes, • Utilizes patient safety tools such as SBAR and bedside report, • Completes thorough patient handoffs and maintains clear communication, • Interprets diagnostic and lab data confidently, • Supports process improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives, • Completes certifications such as BLS, with opportunities for ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and other specialty certifications, • Serves as an advocate for women and ensures patient rights and confidentiality, • Participates in professional development, rounding, and quality initiatives, • Delegates and supervises care within the appropriate scope, • Upholds our mission, values, and service standards in every interaction Required: • Graduate (or upcoming grad) of an accredited Nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN), • Current RN licensure (or eligibility) in the hiring state, • BLS through AHA (or completion within 30 days) Additional certifications may be required based on unit needs (ex: ACLS, NRP, C‑EFM, S.T.A.B.L.E., etc.). • Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly, • Prolonged standing & walking each shift, • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, twist, and squat ✔ A nurturing environment for new nurses ✔ Collaborative, highly skilled team ✔ Strong physician partnerships ✔ Exposure to a wide variety of women’s health needs ✔ A place where compassion, growth, and patient-centered care define each day Join a Women’s Health team that will mentor you, challenge you, and celebrate you while you build a career dedicated to uplifting and caring for women.
