At a Glance Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Occasional Saturdays. Address: 905 Lincoln Hwy, Morrisville, Pa. 19067 Pay: Base Salary + Commission Duties: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proactively identify and engage prospective truck fleets, and provide help or direction to any customer who can benefit from our services, • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects, • Describe all optional equipment, bodies, and rigging available for customer purchase, • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of medium-duty, heavy-duty, and severe service trucks., • Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards., • Evaluating customer needs over emotional selling., • Assist customers in spec'ing by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses., • Build strong rapport and life-long relationships with customers, • Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Director., • Actively use a Customer Management System (CRM), • Understands trucks by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; and inspecting trucks., • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; Developing new customers; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions., • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers' requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport., • Demonstrates trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining other services available., • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering services, and financing., • Provides sales management information by completing reports., • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
