Job DescriptionDescriptionKeystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Vice President of Permian Region Operations to lead and grow our water transfer and field services operations in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. This strategic leadership role has full P&L responsibility and oversees customer development, field execution, staffing, quality control, and operational scale-up. This is a hands-on, field-engaged leadership role with a strong focus on driving results, safety, and customer satisfaction in the Permian Basin. Responsibilities • Lead the Permian Basin business with full accountability for performance, customer relationships, and operational delivery, • Build and sustain strong relationships with oil & gas operators across the region, • Oversee all field operations, temporary pipeline installations, maintenance, and transfer logistics, • Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective field execution aligned with project budgets and KPIs, • Manage all regional personnel including field, shop, and administrative teams, • Develop, implement, and improve SOPs for water transfer, automation, and safety practices, • Partner with HR to ensure rapid and compliant hiring to meet regional demand, • Monitor labor and material costs, manage vendor relationships, and optimize regional resources, • Support invoicing accuracy and timely reporting through field ticketing compliance, • Champion innovation in automation and winterization strategies to lower costs and improve service, • Collaborate with Sales, Safety, and Accounting to align operational activities with company goals, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, • 7–10+ years of leadership experience in water management, oil & gas operations, or heavy construction in the Permian Basin, • 5+ years of P&L and personnel management experience in field service environments, • Advanced mechanical knowledge of water pumping systems, hydraulics, automation, and transfer logistics or other oil & gas operations, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and industry-relevant software, • Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations in Texas and New Mexico, • Ability to travel up to 50%, • Must reside in the Midland/Odessa area, • Valid driver’s license and strong safety orientationPreferred Qualifications:, • Prior experience operating or scaling field operations, • Background in civil/environmental engineering or oilfield services, • Paid Holidays, • Medical / Dental / Vision coverage, • Health savings account (HSA), • Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment Insurance, • Voluntary Life Insurance, • 401k with a company match, • Paid Time Off, • Employee Assistance Program, • Professional Development Programs, • Employee Referral Programs, • Voluntary Benefits Offered#INDHP
