About the Role We are hiring our first Revenue Operations Manager to build the operational foundation that will enable our go-to-market organization to scale. At PriceEasy, revenue operations is not a support function, it is a core driver of how we generate, manage, and grow revenue. This role will sit at the center of our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams, translating business strategy into systems, processes, and data that drive predictable growth. You will own our CRM architecture, GTM systems, reporting infrastructure, and revenue workflows from the ground up. This includes establishing HubSpot as a true system of record, building a reliable forecasting engine, and creating the operational rigor needed to scale from a founder-led sales motion to a structured, data-driven revenue organization. This role is best suited for someone who has operated in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments, understands the full revenue lifecycle, and is comfortable building in ambiguity. What You’ll Do • Own and scale HubSpot as the system of record across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring every stage of the customer lifecycle is structured, measurable, and actionable, • Design and implement the revenue operating system, including pipeline management, deal progression, qualification frameworks, and cross-functional handoffs, • Build and operationalize forecasting and reporting, enabling leadership to understand pipeline health, predict revenue, and make data-driven decisions with confidence, • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure processes are practical, adopted, and aligned with how the team sells and not just how systems are configured, • Own and evolve the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring tools are integrated, documented, efficient, and supporting team productivity, • Establish customer support and contact center operations, including tooling, ticketing workflows, SLAs, and integration into the CRM, • Ensure data integrity across systems, maintaining clean, reliable data as the foundation for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making, • Enable executive and board-level visibility, delivering consistent, credible insights that inform growth strategy What We’re Looking For • We are looking for someone who combines technical fluency, business acumen, and a builder mindset, • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS or technology company, • Hands-on HubSpot administration and architecture experience building pipelines, workflows, and reporting structures from scratch, • Deep understanding of how revenue teams operate across the full lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to deal close to customer expansion, and translating that into scalable systems and processes., • Strong experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, • Experience with GTM tools (Aircall/RingCentral, Zendesk/Jira/Service Hub, ZoomInfo/Apollo, Zapier/Workato), • Startup experience (Series A–C) and familiarity with retail/fuel/adjacent industries preferred What Success Looks Like • Within your first 6–12 months, HubSpot is fully established as the single source of truth, with strong adoption across GTM teams, • Leadership has clear, reliable visibility into pipeline and revenue performance, supported by accurate forecasting, • Sales and Customer Success operate with defined, documented processes, consistent data, and clear expectations, • A scalable support/contact center infrastructure is in place, • The organization has transitioned from reactive execution to a disciplined, data-driven revenue engine What You’ll Gain • Own and architect the revenue engine end-to-end: Move beyond optimizing one piece of the funnel - you'll design the full revenue operating system across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing., • Operate as a system owner and strategic partner: Serve as the primary HubSpot admin while partnering with leadership on forecasting, pipeline strategy, and GTM decisions that shape how the business scales., • Build in a clean, modern environment: Opportunity to create best-in-class HubSpot architecture, automation, and reporting from the ground up, • Step into a clear path to RevOps leadership: This role is designed to evolve into Revenue Operations Leader as we scale, with the chance to build and lead the function. Compensation & Benefits This is a fully in-office role based in Houston, TX.
